History

From the Canary Islands to the world

2017 — The origin

Born from Ticketpoint, an excursion sales platform that evolved into guest experience kiosks. The first product in the ecosystem.

2019 — Hoteligy as a brand

The Hoteligy brand is formalized. Digital signage and buffet labels added to the ecosystem. First 20 hotels in the Canary Islands. FITUR finalists.

2021 — 120 hotels

Growth across Spain. Recognized by Sergestur as one of the 40 most innovative tourism tech companies.

2022 — International expansion

Surpassed 300 hotels. Expanded to Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Cyprus, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Zanzibar, and Greece. Mexico office opened. Official NEOM project suppliers.

2023 — Global growth

Presence in Asia-Pacific, Europe, Latin America, and USA. La Caixa Emprende Awards finalists.

2024 — 500+ hotels

Surpassed 500 hotels. 4th consecutive Sergestur award. New 250+ m² offices.

2025 — Recognition

Complete backend, frontend, and API redesign. Smart Travel Awards winner for best hotel guest experience platform, competing with the sector's top players.

2026 — New era

Launch of the new CMS rebuilt from scratch, AiChat with artificial intelligence, new webapp design, and new corporate website.

Coming soon

Full platform rewrite: corporate app, WiFi captive portal, webapp, Smart TV, and kiosks. New scalable architecture for the next phase of global growth.
